KVS Group Inc. is a privately held Toronto based corporation which owns and manages residential and commercial real estate in Canada and the United States. Our primary interest is in income producing residential properties and retail/office development in Ontario. Through our law firm Sriskanda Associates (sriskanda.com) we also offer legal representation for the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Ontario. Since the firms inception it has handled well over $550 Million worth of purchase and sale transactions in Ontario alone.
